Action required: Shopify connector for SaaS users

Due to the new requirements to be listed on the Shopify app store Data Virtuality is working on fulfilling those since 2022, however the requirements have not yet been met. Additionally, we received information, that due to Shopify platform migration, we are unlikely to receive the approval on the current Pipes application on the Shopify platform, and will need to create a new set of credentials. 

What that means for me as Data Virtuality customer? 

• If you are using your own credentials, you should have received the alerts from the Shopify team, and no immediate action is required, of which we are aware (as Shopify does not alert us of the private applications of our customers)
• If you are granted access to your Shopify data for Data Virtuality Pipes, an actions is required. The application functionality will be reduced on August, 1, and personal information will no longer be available through the Data Virtuality Pipes application. To continue service without interruption, please follow the video instruction to create the private application and reach out to our support team to update the credentials in your data sources until August, 1: https://www.loom.com/share/316f71989da141b28a451ac98d5a55ba

Additionally, the API version for all customers should be updated to 2022-10 until August, 1.
