Hello, 

Hope this message finds you well. Our team is currently using Data Virtuality Platform version 2.4, and we are interested in upgrading to the latest version. Could you please provide guidance on the upgrade process?

  Our upgrade guide, available as part of our public documentation, can walk you through all the needed steps.

  In your case, considering that you are going to migrate from a quite old version of Data Virtuality, I suggest you create a Zendesk ticket so that our Support Team can assist you with the preparation and the upgrade process.

  Actually i have same case with this. want to upgrade DV from 4 to 4.5, if lets say i want to do the process of upgrade with your team. is that possible? thanks
