Changes in Salesforce authentication

Salesforce recently changed the mechanism to login to their web service. In order for your Salesforce connection to continue working, please

1. Go to your Salesforce datasource and right click / edit
2. Activate the sandbox checkbox add the following url: https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/34.0 (see picture below)
3. Click finish in the wizard
4. Confirm your changes, e.g. by selecting data from a small Salesforce table or rerunning your Salesforce jobs

  I'm glad you posted this. I hit the issue yesterday and counter-intuitively tried checking the sandbox field and set the URL as you described and found this sorted the issue. 

  If you don't use the sandbox setting you will see a connection error.

  com.datavirtuality.dv.gui.admin.backend.BackEndException: org.teiid.jdbc.TeiidSQLException: Remote org.teiid.core.TeiidProcessingException: TEIID30020 Processing exception for request ioaIO3aPBRXm.447 'Connection reset'. Originally TeiidProcessingException SocketInputStream.java:196.
