LDWH 2.0.47 released

This release improves the stability of both the Studio and backend. In previous versions, the Studio would sometimes terminate unexpectedly when clicking on tooltips. This has now been fixed. On the backend size we also reduced the load on the configuration database for certain complex queries for better overall system performance.
