Procedure name as VARIABLES.proc_name

Hello,

It would be handy for logging and exception handling to have a VARIABLES.xxx filled out automatically with the name of the procedure. It would (at least in my case) reduce the amount of code duplication and cut-and-paste items when programming multiple procedures in DV.
