    Hi Darian,

there is good news on Docker: We published a first version of scripts to build and run Data Virtuality Server in a Docker container on GitHub.

It should be considered as a beta/preview version right now since there is limited feedback from productive usages. Hence, as of now, we do not recommend using it in a production setup and usage is on own risk. We of course plan to lift these restrictions after a certain amount of positive feedback.

If you would like to try it out for testing/developing purposes, please feel free to do so and any feedback is welcome.

    Hi Darian,

thank you for your request for a containerized solution of DV. We got this request also from other clients, so we set up a task force in the Solution Engineering team to create a solution that we can support and update/upgrade with safe processes. Stay tuned in this channel for news regarding the topic.

    Best,
    Matthias

    Hi Darian,

we had to temporarily halt activities on the Docker subject but now resumed them. I'm positive that we will have something to share in the next few weeks. I will keep you updated here.
