LDW 2.1.17 released: Minor bug fixes

This release only contains a small number of bug fixes, as we concentrate our efforts on advancing the upcoming major release 2.3.

Connectors

• DVCORE-6384: Procedures invoke() and invokeHttp() fail on web service data sources if certificate-based authentication is used
• DVCORE-6239: BigQuery: DROP TABLE IF EXISTS removes a table from metadata but not from BigQuery

Backend

• DVCORE-5996: OUTER JOIN yields wrong results when used with GROUP BY, CASE and COUNT DISTINCT at the same time
