Additional security verification for certain eBay APIs

To ensure security of customers' data, eBay will require additional security verification by adding digital signature to the API calls for particular APIs. Among those, the connector covers certain Finance API endpoints, which will be affected and not return the data unless the connector update is installed, and a digital signature is submitted with the API requests (which is executed automatically in the updated connector). 

The original deadline for this change was January 31, 2023, however we requested an extension in order to apply the connector update to affected customers. The updated connector is now being rolled out to our SaaS clients.
